Aim of Course
An exciting one-day workshop to add some spice, flavour and colour to your vegetarian dishes! The course aims to energise your vegetarian and culinary skills. You will prepare and cook a 3-course meal with recipes from all over the world. Learn about the health giving properties of vegetables, grains, pulses and herbs; add flavour to your soups, stir fries and risottos. No experience is necessary as all recipes are easy to follow.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course, you will have prepared and cooked:

  1. Soups and salad
  2. Main vegetarian meal
  3. Tempting desserts
  4. Healthy snacks

You will be able to describe the nutrients contents and create a balanced and healthy vegetarian meal

Contents of Course (e.g. practical activities, demonstration, theory)
Discussion, theory, practical cooking activities and demonstrations
