Cookery Coaching and Courses
Food and the art of cookery are fundamental to our lives and at “Ingredients4Health” we have a mission to encourage people to cook tasty healthy meals from fresh ingredients and enjoy the process. You can prepare nutritious meals quickly and easily; it is a question of knowing what to do and how to prepare it
Sessions are either group workshops and courses or 1-1 sessions and can be for both adults or children.
There are demonstrations, and plenty of “hands on” cookery. Students are generally divided into small groups and there is plenty of teamwork, discussion and laughter. Ingredients and equipment are provided and you can take away all the meals that you prepare.
All recipes are prepared from fresh whole food ingredients and there is an informal discussion on what is a “balanced diet”, for example, which foods provide essential nutrients and help maintain good health. You will learn about the part food plays to help maintain health and get to know the “inner team” in your body.
Cookery sessions can be individually designed for special diets such as diabetes, food intolerances, gluten and dairy free diets.
You will develop all the skills necessary to produce delicious, easy to cook meals improve your health, make new friends and most importantly enjoy yourself.
The classes are conducted in an open and informal manner, making them fun as well as informative. If you are looking for more understanding of the links between your food and health, or want to make positive changes in your diet and life, these classes will be right for you.
